Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing strategies with emphasis on social media and Google Ads.
  • Analyze clients' industries, verticals, similar clients, and competitors to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with specialists to validate forecasts and ensure projections align with client goals.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience managing cross-channel marketing programs.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels.
  • Experience with large-scale campaigns and/or multiple clients.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms.
Performance Metrics
  • Appraisal Production (10+/mo).
  • Win Rate (50%+).
