We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support our cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements. This role involves working closely with departments like finance, sales, IT, and HR to ensure data accuracy, streamline operations, and uphold quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
- Work closely with team members to make sure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
- Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
- Help enforce process and quality standards across teams.
- Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
- Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements; expect responsibilities to evolve regularly in a fast-growing company.
- Continuously learn new tools and adapt to evolving company processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field
- Atleast 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
- Ability to build and work with financial/data models
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools
- A 'can-do' mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile
- Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-powered tools for automation and efficiency is a nice-to-have
- Interest in operational efficiency and process optimization is an advantage
