About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team at PH Global Jet Express Inc. Call Center.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling claims arising from courier services, including goods loss, delays, and damages.
You will review claim documents and evidence provided by customers or platforms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Maintain and manage claims files, ensuring they are achieved and stored according to company standards.
Track and follow up on the progress of claims processing to the regional claims.
Compute the delays using the platform of the SLA.
Make fair, reasonable, and enforceable arbitration decisions by the company's claims policy and relevant regulations.
Facilitate communication between disputants to guide parties toward mutual agreement.
