Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Claims Validation Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling claims arising from courier services, including but not limited to goods loss, delays, and damages.

• Review claim documents and evidence provided by customers or platforms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

• Maintain and manage claims files, ensuring they are achieved and stored according to company standards.

• Track and follow up on the progress of claims processing to the regional claims.

• Compute the delays using the platform of the SLA.

• Make fair, reasonable, and enforceable arbitration decisions by the company's claims policy and relevant regulations.

• Facilitate communication between disputants to guide parties toward mutual agreement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in operations management or related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in claims and arbitration, preferably in a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

• Keen to details can manage large volumes of data.

• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain claims validation and arbitration investigation.

• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Maintain composure in high-pressure and urgent situations, making wise decisions.

• Ability to collaborate with team members to handle complex claims cases.

• Possess a teamwork spirit, contributing to overall service excellence.

About You

Bachelor's Degree in operations management is essential for this role, along with at least 1 year of experience in claims and arbitration.

You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills.
