Learning Experience Developer

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our employees. This involves identifying learning gaps, developing comprehensive training materials, and delivering engaging training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough analysis of employee skills and knowledge to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop SMART objectives for learning or performance that align with business goals.
  • Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual or onsite classes, presentations and demonstrations using adult learning theories.
  • Evaluate program relevancy and accuracy through assessments, surveys, and feedback and monitors the impact of training on learning and on-the-job performance.
Training Materials Development:
  • Develop comprehensive training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
  • Create a learning evaluation plan based on Kirkpatrick's four levels of evaluation methods.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields preferred.
  • 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a call center environment.
  • Training needs analysis, methods and procedures.
  • Process mapping and visual display design principles.
  • Excellent written and communications skills mandatory.
  • Prior customer service or call center environment experience.
