Job Description

The role of a Senior UI/UX Designer is to create visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent user interfaces that are responsive and aligned with branding. The designer will prioritize user needs through research, personas, journey mapping, prototyping, and testing.

The designer will work closely with various teams to align designs with business goals and stay updated on trends to enhance skills and implement innovative design solutions. Accessibility and inclusivity are also key considerations in designing digital products compliant with standards like WCAG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UI Design Quality: Creating visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent user interfaces that are responsive and aligned with branding.
  • UX Design: Prioritizing user needs through research, personas, journey mapping, prototyping, and testing.
  • Graphic Design Excellence: Developing compelling visual content for branding and communication.
  • Web Design & Development: Designing and developing functional, responsive, and optimized websites, collaborating with developers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with various teams, participating in reviews, and aligning designs with business goals.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Staying updated on trends, enhancing skills, and implementing innovative design solutions.
  • Accessibility & Inclusivity: Designing accessible digital products compliant with standards like WCAG.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with expertise in presenting design proposals and communicating directly with clients in meetings. The candidate should also have a proven ability to lead design projects, take accountability for final design decisions and outcomes within assigned projects/tasks, and experience with information architecture and wireframing in design projects.
