What is your mission?

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Learning Content Designer to develop engaging learning content for adult learners. You will design and produce eLearning materials, animated videos, and visual assets using tools like Articulate, Vyond, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite. This role blends instructional design expertise with strong visual storytelling to create impactful training experiences that boost learner engagement and retention.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Design and produce effective learning content tailored to adult learners, including training materials, slide decks, eLearning courses, and animated videos.
  • Create animated training videos using tools like Vyond (or similar platforms).
  • Translate subject matter expertise into clear, engaging instructional materials following adult learning best practices.
  • Develop and publish content using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Design visual assets and layouts using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for trainings, consulting projects, and business development initiatives.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain content within the Learning Management System (LMS), including publishing courses and managing updates.
  • Curate relevant external resources to support learning initiatives.
  • Track learner engagement and gather feedback to enhance content.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables independently.
  • Stay current with trends in digital learning, animation, and instructional design.
Who are we looking for?
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, digital content production, or eLearning development.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Canva, and Vyond (or similar animation software).
  • Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing and maintaining content in LMS platforms.
  • Ability to utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools responsibly and effectively.
  • English fluency required; Spanish-English bilingual is a plus.
  • Hospitality or customer service industry experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a major plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
