Job Title: Senior Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Learning Experience Designer to lead our instructional design initiatives. This key role will drive innovation and strategy in creating effective learning experiences that cater to diverse needs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize learning initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
    • Monitor and report on program outcomes, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Learning Experience Design
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to inform strategic learning objectives.
    • Determine necessary skills and competency levels for learners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Develop compelling learning strategies that meet stakeholder expectations.
    • Evaluate and refine content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Project Management
    • Manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to drive project success.
  • Measurable Success
    • Track and analyze program performance metrics, including reaction, performance, and transfer of learning.
    • Deliver high-quality projects on time, meeting stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in designing learner-centered training programs and developing related materials.
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles.
  • Ability to craft clear, measurable training goals and learning objectives.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in using new software and adapting to emerging technologies.
  • Understanding of courseware authoring tools, such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
