
Experience Learning Strategist

This role is centered around developing engaging training materials and assessing their effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a background in instructional design, relevant experience, and proficiency in various design tools.
Responsibilities:- Conduct Learning Needs Assessments across all impacted teams and customers to determine the most effective learning strategies.
- Create interactive exercises and activities that enhance the learning process for end users.
- Develop supporting materials and media to augment primary learning collateral in various modalities (video, quick reference guides, animations, etc.).
- Design methods of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of assigned training content.
- Maintain project documentation and course folders to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Apply tested instructional design theories and best practices to drive the adoption of new processes, behaviors, and mindsets.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify target audience educational needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Meet Content Development function goals, KPIs, and success measures by reporting progress and analyzing trends and best practices in learning technologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design with a focus on instructional technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Thorough knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models across multiple modalities.
- Visual design skills and ability to storyboard learning experiences.
- Ability to write compelling copy, instructional text, and audio/video scripts.
- Project management skills to plan and execute multiple processes and projects simultaneously.
- Curriculum planning skills to create comprehensive learning pathways.
- Familiarity with various course-authoring software and learning management systems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate and Articulate 360.
- A willingness to work on-site for three months followed by a hybrid setup.
