- Assist in coordinating tasks, maintaining records, and updating databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role or equivalent level of skill.
- Proficient in Gsuite, Excel, Gmail, Monday.com, Hubspot, or other CRM systems.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively independently.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities.
