This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the People function, ensuring seamless execution of HR activities.
Main Responsibilities- HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, support contract and policy management, track probation and visa dates.
- Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments and reference checks, prepare onboarding packs.
- Employee Experience & Engagement: Serve as first point of contact for HR queries, organize social events and recognition initiatives.
- Performance & Development Support: Assist with check-ins, feedback cycles, and training sessions, update performance records.
- Systems & Operations Support: Update HRIS permissions, generate reports, identify workflow inefficiencies.
- 2-5 years' experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Tech-savviness, especially with HRIS systems.
- Values include proactivity, people-first mindset, dependability, and eagerness to learn.
- Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with UK employment law basics.
