Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to oversee and manage electric vehicle (EV) charger installation projects.
Responsibilities
  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, utility companies, permitting authorities, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects.
  2. They will track permits, applications, and approvals, escalating delays when necessary.
  3. Preparation and review of project documentation, including service request forms, utility maps, and permit packages.
  4. Management of project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables in project management software.
  5. Verification of installation readiness, including utility upgrades, permits, and material availability.
  6. Providing technical input leveraging electrical knowledge to collaborate with engineers and inspectors.
  7. Communicating project status and timelines clearly with clients.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination/management within electrical, construction, or utility sectors.
  • Strong familiarity with electrical systems and ability to interpret one-line diagrams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management software is a plus.
