About the Role

We seek an estimator to perform accurate takeoffs and costing for electrical lighting controls projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Planswift or Bluebeam to conduct meticulous takeoffs and cost estimates, considering all relevant project documents.
  • Analyze architectural and electrical drawings, including reflected ceiling plans, to identify essential details.
  • Accurately quantify lighting fixtures and controls from project documents, ensuring precision in estimation.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports using Microsoft Excel, incorporating detailed calculations and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to verify estimates, fostering open communication and mutual understanding.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Planswift or Bluebeam, as well as strong analytical skills.
  • Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
  • Show a background in electrical projects, with experience in electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans.
  • Exhibit expertise in lighting fixtures and controls, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Display strong attention to detail, excellent English skills, and effective communication abilities.
