Job Summary:

Lead and manage the electrical engineering functions of the spanning project planning, design, execution, commissioning, and operations. Ensure electrical systems are safe, reliable, compliant, and aligned with budget and schedule targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership & Design Oversight

    Lead design reviews of electrical systems: generation, distribution, control, protection, grounding, and instrumentation. Ensure design compliance with relevant Philippine and international electrical codes.
  • Project Execution & Commissioning

    Plan and supervise all electrical installation activities: contractor coordination, testing, commissioning, and turnover to operations.
  • Safety & Quality Assurance

    Enforce stringent health, safety, and environmental standards. Implement quality control processes and monitor electrical equipment testing and documentation.
  • Budgeting, Planning & Resource Management

    Oversee electrical engineering budget, schedule, and resource planning. Monitor cost performance and ensure timely delivery.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

    Ensure compliance with local regulations and facilitate permits. Manage technical documentation and conduct handover to operations seamlessly.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

    Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, engineering teams, and project stakeholders. Review submittals and manage procurement for electrical systems as needed.
  • Team Leadership

    Supervise and mentor electrical engineers and technicians. Foster a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement, safety, and technical excellence.

Qualifications
  • Education & Licensure

    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; preferably licensed (e.g., PRC).
  • Experience

    Ideally, 7–15+ years in electrical engineering roles, especially within renewable energy or utility-scale power projects.
  • Technical & Software Skills

    Proficient in electrical design, single-line diagrams, protection schemes, and power systems. Familiarity with AutoCAD, ETAP/PSSE, project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
  • Soft Skills

    Strong leadership, communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate multiple technical stakeholders and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Willing to relocate to Real, Quezon Province.
