Customer Success Specialist Role

A key position for a Customer Success Specialist who can efficiently manage large volumes of customer interactions and communications to ensure positive experiences and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily customer interactions via phone and email, utilizing contact search and productivity tools to verify customer information.
  • Conduct regular health checks to assess product satisfaction and value completion.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to address customer objections effectively.
  • Document and track customer feedback and metrics through surveys, calls, and emails.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service with prior success in achieving personal and team sales targets/goals.
  • Experience in high-volume calling and process-oriented work with ability to follow call scripts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
