We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a B2B Customer Success Specialist.

About the Role
  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions via phone and email to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Conduct regular customer health checks and capture the Voice of the Customer to inform business decisions.
  • Develop product knowledge to effectively handle questions, objections, and customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver a superior customer experience.
  • Document customer feedback and track satisfaction metrics to drive continuous improvement.
About You
  • You have at least 1 year of Customer Success experience, with a proven track record of achieving individual and/or team sales quota/goals.
  • You have experience with CRM systems, and are skilled in onboarding new clients or product users.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • You are a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
