Job Description:

A Client Services Manager plays a pivotal role in leading a team of virtual assistants, ensuring seamless alignment between performance and client expectations. They develop and implement strategies to meet targets, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Medical Client-VA pairs to optimize productivity and profitability.
  • Collaborate with clients to create task lists that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Utilize Global Medical services to help clients expand their businesses.
  • Oversee Medical Client-VA management, mitigating concerns and anticipating opportunities for growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in medicine or healthcare, with a strong emphasis on leadership and management.
  • At least three years of experience in healthcare/medical management, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • High English proficiency (written and oral), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, working effectively with high-level professionals.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, focused, organized, and growth-minded, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Preferred: One year of training and development experience, with a proven ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions.
  • Efficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
  • Open to night shifts and flexible work arrangements, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
