Healthcare Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our healthcare operations, ensuring the highest level of quality and service.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional healthcare services.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare BPO or similar setup.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare operations, DME, claims, and HIPAA.
  • Excellent team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and remote work environments preferred.

Key Qualifications:

  • Familiar with HIPAA compliance and healthcare systems.
  • Proficient in CRM, workforce tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Remote/hybrid work experience a plus.
