Healthcare Billing Leader Job

We are seeking a Senior Leader to manage our Acute and Ambulatory Billing operations within the AR Collections Healthcare Team.

This role is responsible for leading billing and collections teams, ensuring performance targets and compliance standards are met. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hospital revenue cycle, with experience in In Patient and Out Patient services.

The successful candidate will be based in Quezon City and will lead our efforts to optimize revenue cycle operations for Inpatient, Outpatient, Acute, and Ambulatory Services. This includes analyzing AR trends, reducing days in AR, and improving cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end AR Insurance processes for hospital and physician billing.
  • Lead billing and collections teams to meet performance targets and compliance standards.
  • Optimize revenue cycle operations for Inpatient, Outpatient, Acute, and Ambulatory Services.
  • Analyze AR trends and reduce days in AR to improve cash flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AR (Accounts Receivable) Insurance for Hospitals and Physicians.
  • 2+ years of leadership level experience in hospital revenue cycle, with expertise in billing and collections.
  • Experience in Acute and Ambulatory Services – In Patient and Out Patient.
  • Must be willing to report onsite in Quezon City.
