Job Summary

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing regular monthly, quarterly and annual invoices issued to our clients in the Fees and Billing Team.

This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual fee invoices to clients based on existing billing details and schedules.
  • Managing and coordinating fee information from internal teams.
  • Extracting data and running reports from administration systems to gather invoicing information.
  • Preparing calculation files to determine the amount of fees that have been invoiced.
  • Ensuring fees invoiced to clients agree to the signed agreements and amendments.
  • Monitoring fee changes to ensure billing details and schedules are updated accurately.
  • Maintaining the client billing profiles to ensure any changes are updated accurately.
  • Managing invoice and billing related inquiries and correspondence to resolve questions.
  • Analysing fees billed to clients by comparing the amounts to the previous bills to explain any significant changes.
  • Discussing and sharing any unusual results and findings with the team.
