
Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced support professional to join our team in resolving customer issues and ensuring timely updates.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of troubleshooting technical problems, including SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve customer support tickets and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, leveraging knowledge of SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Provide after-hours/holiday support as required.
- 4+ years' experience in supporting SQL, production environments, and client-facing operations.
- Linux OS support and network administration expertise.
- Familiarity with relational databases, such as Oracle/PostgreSQL.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery knowledge, or Salesforce admin experience.
- Utility industry or Smart Grid exposure.
- ITIL/ITSM background.
