About the RoleThis is a senior-level position for an Outbound Sales Specialist responsible for making 100+ outbound calls daily to B2B prospects in tech, SaaS, and service-based sectors. The ideal candidate will generate qualified leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach, customize messaging based on research and target buyer personas, and set up discovery calls for Account Executives with qualified leads.

- Record and track all outreach in CRMs
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach and improve performance
- Screening AI Video Interview
- Final Face-to-Face Interview

- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or client outreach
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to manage 100+ calls per day and drive high-volume outreach
- Familiarity with tools like CRMs and dialers
