HubSpot Developer Role Overview

This is a leadership position that requires an experienced HubSpot expert to guide clients in implementing effective strategies within the platform. The ideal candidate will be able to build smart systems across all Hubs and structure scalable go-to-market approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead CRM and GTM architecture for implementation and optimization across Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops, and CMS hubs.
  • Translate business needs into technical designs using Lucidchart or Miro.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot assets like workflows, pipelines, custom properties, lists, reports, sequences, and automations.
  • Perform thorough end-to-end testing and QA.
  • Facilitate working sessions with clients to identify root problems and recommend strategic CRM solutions.
  • Advise on and implement ABM, lead scoring, attribution, lifecycle management, sales enablement, and handover processes.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Strategy teams to deliver results that drive business value.
  • Handle basic API integrations and work with developers on advanced builds.

  • Ability to take initiative and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and GTM strategy.
