Amazon Specialist Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Amazon specialist to manage product listings, ensure compliance, and support general office administrative tasks.

This role is crucial as we expand our product catalog and operations on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Listing Management:
    • Manage the uploading of new products to Amazon Seller Central accurately and efficiently.
    • Perform regular housekeeping of existing product listings, ensuring all information is current, compliant, and optimized.
    • Verify product data, specifications, and images meet Amazon's guidelines and brand standards.
    • Manage product compliance documentation within the Amazon system.
  • Amazon Account Support:
    • Monitor product health and address any listing issues or discrepancies promptly.
    • Assist with various Amazon-related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Conduct precise spreadsheet input and data entry for various office needs.
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the broader team and operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in uploading and managing products on Amazon Seller Central is required.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's product listing best practices, compliance requirements, and general account management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
