As a Workday Certified Time and Absence Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their goals by providing expert guidance and support throughout the deployment process.

You will work closely with our team to gather and document client requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption. Your extensive knowledge of Workday Payroll products, including Absence and Time Tracking, will enable you to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned consultant who wants to make a meaningful impact in the industry. As a Workday Certified Time and Absence Consultant, you will have the chance to:

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas:Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
