Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Logistics Accounting Expert. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of UPS/FedEx invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit UPS/FedEx invoices to pinpoint billing errors, overcharges, and discrepancies.
  • Review software systems for accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compile detailed reports and summaries of audit findings with actionable recommendations.
  • Implement controls to prevent future discrepancies and optimize processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards related to shipping and billing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven accounting experience, particularly within a logistics or warehousing environment.
  • Experience in auditing, invoicing, billing, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with UPS/FedEx billing systems is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in auditing tools and software; advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
