Workday Consultant Opportunity

This is a senior-level role within our organization that focuses on time and absence management using Workday software. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in configuring and implementing Workday Payroll product suite, with a focus on absence and time tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday Payroll product suite, particularly in absence and time tracking.
  • Lead deployment teams or coach others to successfully gather client business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Collaborate with data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Assist integration consulting teams in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants, sharing expertise and serving as a professional role model.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and collaborate synergistically on team-based projects.
  • Support complex tasks and address client needs by collaborating with team members.
  • Facilitate clients' adoption of Workday best practices.
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction, positioning our organization as a referenceable partner.
  • Provide regular project status updates to project managers.
  • Develop innovative approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.
  • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation.
  • Demonstrate computational thinking, identifying problem components, analyzing patterns, and constructing algorithmic solutions scalable to ongoing client needs.
