Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Expert to provide support and guidance to our team. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for providing floor support, learning sessions, coaching, and feedback to agents.

Key responsibilities include driving metrics of the team, monitoring closure of service levels regularly, ensuring prompt escalations to Team Captain, supervising team in the absence of the Team Captain, monitoring performance and quality scores of the team, and taking production calls as well as escalated calls.

As a Financial Expert, you will work autonomously within established procedures and practices, seeking guidance in more complex aspects of the process and demonstrating the ability to make independent judgments. You will analyze process-related problems and suggest possible solutions, guide and train junior team members, and facilitate their work.

Client feedback must be favorable for progression to this level. Opportunity to progress here is dependent on business needs. Call handling tasks may be required as business needs dictate.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of college education with at least 12 to 18 months of call center experience.
  • Ability to think clearly and can explain complex issues effectively, both above average written and verbal communication.
  • Dependable with proficient attention to detail and ability to solve complex issues.
  • Ability to train others.
  • Willing to report onsite with shifting schedule.
