Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Time Management Consultant, working closely with clients worldwide to deliver technical and industry expertise.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing, integrating, and customizing HR technology products.
  • Configuring and deploying solutions based on business requirements.
  • Providing input to Product Owners for feedback from business.
  • E2E responsible for solution deployment, including defect triage and testing.
Qualifications

Prior education: Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Core HR Functions (excluding Recruitment): In-depth knowledge of HR essentials such as SuccessFactors Time and Absence.
  • Effective at resolving HR issues.
  • Strong SuccessFactors Proficiency: Understanding and in-depth knowledge on SF time and absence module.
  • Effective Multitasking Under Pressure: Thrives in fast-paced environments, maintains exceptional organization, meets deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled Troubleshooter and Process Improver: Possesses vital HR skills for issue identification, process enhancement, and efficiency improvement.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Excellently collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.
