Time and Absence Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Workday Payroll product suite, particularly in Absence & Time Tracking.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects related to payroll, absence, and time tracking using Workday solutions. You will lead deployment teams or coach others to successfully gather and document client business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in Workday Payroll product suite, particularly in Absence & Time Tracking
  • Lead deployment teams or coach others to successfully gather and document client business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer to clients
  • Work with confidential data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday
  • Assist integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, collaborate effectively, and synergistically contribute to team-based projects
Requirements:
  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
Desirable Skills:
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously
