Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This dynamic position requires individuals who can effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to resolve issues and provide accurate information.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize proper phone etiquette to provide outstanding customer service for incoming calls related to various cases and projects.
- Communicate effectively, addressing customers' needs to provide accurate information, process inquiries, and solve problems, escalating calls as necessary.
- Document all calls appropriately, adhering to established procedures and policies.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, adhering to structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor.
- Attend scheduled training sessions as required.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1 year of customer service experience, or call center experience, and desktop applications experience.
- Effective communication and literacy skills, with the ability to read scripted responses naturally, confidently, and accurately.
- Professional proficiency (speaking, listening, and reading) in English and target language.
- Ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent computer skills, including quick and accurate typing, and the ability to open multiple applications simultaneously and review documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Quality customer service skills.
- Ability to handle escalated calls with empathy and professionalism.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
