Our organization is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high volumes of customer interactions via phone and email. They will conduct thorough customer health checks, capture the Voice of the Customer, and build product knowledge to handle questions, objections, and customer concerns.
The successful candidate will collaborate with global teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and document customer feedback and satisfaction metrics.
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions via phone and email.
- Conduct customer health checks and capture the Voice of the Customer.
- Build product knowledge to handle questions, objections, and customer concerns.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Document customer feedback and track satisfaction metrics.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Success.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is an advantage.
- Experience in onboarding new clients or product users, including demos and presentations.
- Proven skills in client management, conducting health checks, and client business reviews.
- A history of achieving individual and/or team sales quotas and goals.
- Prior experience in handling retention and renewal motions is beneficial but not necessary.
