Job Title: People Operations Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Global People Operations team as a People Operations Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution of core HR processes and delivering a responsive, employee-centered experience.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.">
  • Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools across supported regions. Escalate complex or advanced employee issues to appropriate partners or teams as needed.">
  • Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.">
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.">
  • Support basic HR reporting needs.">
  • Contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across global operations.">
  • Maintain and audit employment records.">
  • Support compliance efforts by assisting with employment-related audits and reports, including I-9 audits, payroll audits, and other mandatory reviews.">

  • Flexibility to work US Pacific Time hours.">
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization (experience supporting international regions is a plus).">
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS (UKG experience preferred).">
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint).">
  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.">
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.">
  • Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate effectively in cross-cultural and business environments.">
  • Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.">
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player.">
  • Commitment to continuous learning, particularly in employment laws, HR technology, and employee experience best practices.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is strongly preferred.">
