Job Title: People Operations Representative
">We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Global People Operations team as a People Operations Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution of core HR processes and delivering a responsive, employee-centered experience.
">Key Responsibilities:">- ">
- Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.">
- Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools across supported regions. Escalate complex or advanced employee issues to appropriate partners or teams as needed.">
- Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.">
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.">
- Support basic HR reporting needs.">
- Contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across global operations.">
- Maintain and audit employment records.">
- Support compliance efforts by assisting with employment-related audits and reports, including I-9 audits, payroll audits, and other mandatory reviews.">
- ">
- Flexibility to work US Pacific Time hours.">
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization (experience supporting international regions is a plus).">
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS (UKG experience preferred).">
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint).">
- Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.">
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.">
- Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate effectively in cross-cultural and business environments.">
- Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.">
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player.">
- Commitment to continuous learning, particularly in employment laws, HR technology, and employee experience best practices.">
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is strongly preferred.">
