Job DescriptionThis Customer Experience Specialist role aims to provide guests with high-quality beverages, food products, and services at great value for money. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational standards are executed properly and that Key Results Areas: QSCH, Sales, and Profitability are delivered.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
