
Senior Business Expansion Specialist

The key objective of the Business Development Manager is to devise and implement business strategies aimed at fostering growth and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the implementation of development plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets in accordance with organizational objectives and strategy.
- Developing a comprehensive growth strategy focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute promotional strategies.
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with new and current clients to ensure repeat engagements and sales.
- Creating tailored business plans in response to client needs, identifying business pains and market opportunities.
- Setting and achieving growth goals, as well as developing training and development plans for the entire Business Development Team.
- Collaborating closely with Program Managers and other departments to promote the organization's brand and raise professional standards across all aspects of work.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in marketing/sales functions or project management with a strong focus on marketing or sales.
- Proven experience in directly managing a team and working with cross-functional teams, engaging with senior managers and business leaders.
Business Acumen and Skills:
- Experience in assessing client requirements and proposing targeted training solutions in leadership, management, strategy, and specialized technical fields.
