Job Title: HR and Admin Manager

At Iserve 360 Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Admin Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Management: Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and payroll.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including office management, facilities management, and team leadership.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR and administrative strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, ensuring a productive and respectful work environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Human Resource or any business-related course.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in the Bicol area.
