HR and Administrative Lead

As an HR and Administrative Lead at JOB MATCHMAKER, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources and Administrative departments. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Director to manage and implement HR-related tasks and activities, ensuring seamless execution of all administrative duties.
• Spearhead the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new employees.
• Work closely with the Director to prepare employment contracts, including probationary contracts, notice of end of contract, transfer of assignment, and termination notices.
• Oversee and monitor manpower headcount and HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable human resource statutory requirements, such as those set by DOLE, SSS, PAG-IBIG, and PHILHEALTH.
• Attend to various HR and Administrative tasks as required.
• Provide regular updates to the HR and Administrative Director on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in HR or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
