Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization as a Key Account Manager. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing long-term relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the account management team to identify opportunities for expansion and develop strategies to capture new business

  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

  • Develop and implement SOPs and EDI processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency

  • Maintain open communication with the sales team and product Heads to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity

  • Conduct regular performance reviews with customers to identify areas for improvement and provide valuable insights

  • Set an example in leadership and maintain a high standard of work ethics throughout the organization

  • Perform other sales-related functions as required by senior management from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in domestic freight forwarding and courier logistics, including at least 3 years in a management position

  • A combination of freight forwarding and airline sales or operations experience is highly desirable

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or related field; postgraduate degree preferred but not required

  • Strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Good presentation skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
