
# Senior Operations Manager #

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company and ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, including finance, HR, marketing, IT, customer service, supply chain, and more.
- Monitor performance metrics and operational KPIs to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team in long-term planning, strategy development, and decision-making.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase productivity and operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor department heads, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across operational areas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and key external meetings as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience, with 6 years in leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Management.
- Strong knowledge of Strategic Operations Planning, Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions.
- Excellent management and presentation skills.
