Training Leadership Position

A key role within an enterprise involves leading the design, development, and maintenance of applications to meet functional business requirements and operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing training programs, creating engaging content, and fostering collaboration among teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive training strategies to enhance campaign task mastery and personal development;
  • Creating relevant training materials and documents for all levels of trainees;
  • Aligning trainings with specific campaigns and broader business objectives;
  • Identifying and addressing specific training needs across departments and campaigns;
  • Collaborating with teams to develop training policies, programs, and systems;
  • Evaluating and improving training effectiveness;
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including directors, managers, and counterparts.

To succeed in this role, you should possess exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as high independence and motivation. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with at least 2 years of managerial and/or supervisory experience in Business Process Outsourcing.
