Job Overview

As a highly skilled and experienced professional, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of talented individuals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that service is efficient and food production meets high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front-of-house and back-of-house activities to maintain a productive work environment. This includes coordinating staff schedules, managing inventory, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other personnel. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to ensure that staff members are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ensure a pleasant dining experience for customers by addressing complaints and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This includes responding to customer feedback, resolving issues promptly, and taking steps to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.
  • Collaborate with chefs to develop menus, estimate food costs, and adjust offerings based on customer preferences and seasonal availability. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial reports to identify areas for improvement and making recommendations to management.

  • Implement health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
