Main Responsibilities:- Manage daily kitchen operations and optimize staff schedules for maximum productivity.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and consistency in line with company regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste to reduce costs.
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean, hygienic, and compliant with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to plan and implement staff training programs and performance evaluations.
- Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in supervisory roles within a kitchen environment.
- In-depth knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation standards.
