Job Title: Investigative Specialist

This role involves handling and investigating cases related to distributor/employee misconduct.

  1. Conduct thorough investigations, gathering relevant data and documents to assist in case resolution.
  2. Timely coordination with various business units for purposes of data retrieval and document collection.
  3. Checking records to address clearance requests from distributors and business units.
Responsibilities:
  • Investigate allegations of fraud and/or violations of contracts, policies, and guidelines.
  • Document and record endorsed cases in the Case Management Tool (CMT).
Qualifications:
  • College graduate preferably with a background in Law, Legal Management, or related courses.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to express ideas/cases/events verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Detail oriented and able to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proactive and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with customers and/or colleagues outside own team.
