Quality Review Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Review Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality review principles and the ability to conduct thorough assessments.

About the Role:

  • Conduct quality reviews of completed complex Transaction Monitoring (TM) investigations in a project-based setting, covering money laundering, terrorist financing and tax evasion.
  • Perform root cause analysis for quality gaps and common errors identified, and propose potential improvements, preventive and mitigating measures.
  • Maintain regular working relations with Processing Unit contacts to perform in-depth root cause analysis.
  • Prepare reports on the outcome of analysis and ensure feedback loop with the specific Processing Unit to agree on the outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of total work experience with a minimum of 36 months experience in TM / CDD investigations.
  • At least 1 year experience in conducting Quality Check reviews on TM / CDD Investigations.
  • Expert understanding of how money laundering, terrorist financing and tax evasion are executed, why, the differences between them and their impacts.
  • Expert skills in conducting effective TM / CDD investigations, including data and transaction analysis, research, and documentation.
