**About the Job**

We are seeking an Occupational Health Specialist to join our team. As an EHS Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations meet local and international safety regulations.

Job Description:
  • Define, implement, and maintain EHS standards across wind power projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and promote a ZERO HARM environment.
  • Lead safety training programs and audits to enhance EHS engagement at project sites.
  • Investigate incidents and events to ensure proper documentation and follow-up measures are in place.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Engineering or a 3-year bachelor's diploma in Health & Safety, with relevant certifications (NEBOSH, ISO internal/external Auditor).
  • Over 5 years of EHS experience in the construction industry, preferably in wind power or oil gas projects.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and international standards (OSHA, ISO 45001).
  • Proven ability to conduct safety inductions, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
