Job Overview

The Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator role is pivotal in the recruitment process for both quantitative and qualitative projects. This encompasses liaising with team members, ensuring studies are delivered according to client specifications, and managing sampling and setup aspects of allocated projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement end-to-end project tasks, including link setup, testing, delivery of study invitations via custom tools, and incentive reconciliation.
  • Manage sampling for allocated projects from internal invites to custom recruitment.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of project recruitment methodologies and coordinate with project assistants to maximize results.
  • Liaise with other teams to optimize internal sample resources via phone recruitment, custom emails, and other solutions.
  • Monitor and inform project managers when internal sampling strategies have been exhausted.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates to the project management team.
  • Ensure timely project completion in line with client stipulated timelines.
  • Implement alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient.
  • Track and report on sampling performance at a project level.
  • Utilize M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to support project deliverability.
  • Address stakeholder requests in a timely manner.
  • Attend meetings with project managers to discuss project specifications, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Host market research pretest/pilot interviews for clients, ensuring direct interactions with clients and respondents.
  • Monitor and report on custom recruitment performance.
  • Support project managers in closing projects and preparing them for invoicing.
  • Setup Dynamic Audiences on projects based on client specifications.
