Job Description

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the completion of various projects within our market research team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international online market research, survey recruitment, and collaboration with teams involved in the project's completion.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage quantitative market research projects through entire project life cycle including client management, partner coordination, sample preparation, quality checks, respondent inquiries, and honorarium payment.
  • Coordinate and lead project kick-off meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Monitor productivity and quality of data collection, producing regular updates and progress reports on project status.
  • Partner with sales and operations staff to address issues and make recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Work independently to support international teams within the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly solve problems and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Basic math skills and ability to calculate incidence rate, response rate, honoraria amounts, and profit.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment.
