Job Summary\

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Hiring Coordination: Coordinate with hiring teams on all hiring activities, including preparing and posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling.\
  • Candidate Communication: Respond to recruitment-related emails and candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.\
  • Job Posting Management: Prepare and post job advertisements across various online platforms.\
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screenings and perform initial interviews.\
  • Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and maintain calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.\
  • Background Checks: Initiate and process background checks for shortlisted candidates.\
  • Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.\
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating onboarding tasks.\
  • Record Keeping: Handle and organize all recruitment records and paperwork.\
  • Administrative Support: Perform other related administrative or recruitment support tasks as needed.\
  • Familiarity with Standard Hiring Practices: Possess knowledge of standard hiring practices, including scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.\
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.\
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field, and at least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role.\
  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with software applications used in recruitment, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), and proficiency in Microsoft Office.\
