At LemFi, we revolutionize cross-border financial services for immigrants through our multi-currency platform. With over $1 billion in monthly transactions, we provide instant remittances, foreign exchange services, and multi-currency accounts all in one seamless experience.

About the Role:

This is a remote position within the Marketing team, focused on paid acquisition channels. The role requires a strong understanding of the paid media landscape, recent hands-on experience managing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns, as well as a passion for marketing and commitment to helping grow the marketing reach and customer base.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing ads for our app through Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels
  • Independently completing tasks such as creating accounts in related platforms, analyzing targeted users, optimizing ad content, improving overall ROI, etc.
  • Collaborating with designers to develop ad content plans based on data analysis and user portrayals for overseas users
  • Communicating closely with marketing and other teams to contribute towards formulating and executing digital growth strategies
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Onboarding influencers and managing an influencer network to drive growth among the South East Asian diaspora
  • Developing and managing B2B partnerships to drive online growth
  • Managing Public Relations for LemFi to drive growth among the South East Asian diaspora
  • Conducting market research to identify current and potential customer needs and trends
  • Supporting and collaborating with various teams within the company to plan and execute marketing campaigns
Key Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of ad content development, testing, and optimization
  • Expertise in Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other paid ads channels
  • 2-4 years' experience in performance marketing roles for international platforms
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and people management skills
  • An ability to work in a rapidly changing business environment
  • A strong network in the South East Asian diaspora community (desired)
