Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee various projects across Australia and New Zealand. As the successful candidate, you will have extensive experience in managing infrastructure projects from design to delivery, ensuring that client specifications and standards are met.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, manage budgets, and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

A strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand building codes and standards is required, as well as proficiency in project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6. Additionally, you should be proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM platforms, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage infrastructure projects from conception to completion
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand building codes and standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in infrastructure project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project scheduling tools, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM platforms, and Microsoft Office
